What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic healing modality that uses muscle testing to determine where the body is holding imbalances.
An Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiologist calls on a wide range of remedies to help clear this stress on all levels- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
A chiropractor named Dr George Goodheart developed kinesiology in the early 1960s and then further studied by Chiropractor Dr John Thie in the early 1970s. As a natural therapy, Kinesiology communicates with the body using effective muscle reflex testing with traditional Chinese medicine principles to assess energy, mind, and the body system.
The body knows all and remembers everything that has happened in our life. With non-invasive, gentle and powerful techniques, we can access buried information held by our subconscious to locate the blockages or imbalances. Once the imbalances are brought to our conscious attention, we can find a remedy to clear that blockage or imbalance.
Some of the remedies used in Kinesiology:
- Acupressure points
- Clearing spray, Incense, Palo Santo
- Crystal Therapy
- Eft tapping
- Plant essences
- Natures Chi
- Sound Therapy
- Colour Therapy

- and much more....

What is Reiki?
Reiki was born in the early 1900s by a Japanese man named Mikao Usui. Study and research lead Usui to develop Reiki as a healing system.
Reiki is an energy healing art that intentionally channels Ki energies to promote balance and wellbeing by helping activate the clients natural healing process.
Ki is the Japanese term that refers to our chi, prana, life force or living energy. All living things have Ki. No Ki, then no life. A Reiki practitioner is simply a channeler of the client's abundant and unlimited Universal life energy.
During a session, you will lie comfortably on the massage table as the therapist lightly touches your head and works their way down the body to the feet. You may feel tingles, warmth or cold where the hands are placed or see colours. For everyone, it is different, though you may not see or feel anything at all. Reiki is a subtle therapy, and not seeing or feeling does not mean the healing energy of Reiki is not working!
Reiki is a non-invasive treatment that reminds the body that it can heal and repair itself independently.
